Ingredients
Fish & Marinade
- 2 packs Chilean Sea Bass or Cod (approx. 5 fillets per pack)
- 1 carton white miso paste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (grated, approx. 1 tbsp)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
Curry Paste
- 2 tbsp Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
Vegetables & Garnishes
- 2 bunches asparagus (trimmed)
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms or any preferred mushrooms (sliced)
- Fresh cilantro & basil (as desired)
- 4 shallots (sliced thin)
- Water chestnuts (optional, sliced)
- Salt (to taste)
